Formal co-supervision
Formal co-supervisor for four BSc and two MSc projects. Topics include robotic perception, deep learning for pose estimation in fitness applications and hand-eye coordination algorithms for human-machine interaction.
Teaching & supervision
Teaching machine learning as a discipline of building, testing and reasoning.
I have taught across higher education since 2022, alongside research and industry work. My teaching spans machine learning, analytics and core computer science, with responsibility for material development, assessment, grading and project supervision.
Current teaching
I am a part-time Lecturer at Belfast Metropolitan College. Current delivery focuses on Machine Learning and Analytics. I develop and adapt teaching material, design assessments, mark and grade work, provide feedback and contribute to exam boards.
I also work with SMEs through Belfast Met, linking applied teaching with industry-facing activity.
